Here at the PTP studio we believe personal training should be just that, personal. Thats why all of our clients undertake the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) before commencing training.
The movement screen creates a standard acceptable baseline for movement (for example: your doctor measuring your blood pressure against the norm 120/80) and involves 7 fundamental human movements in which you are scored from 0 – 3. The score on the screen then directs the creation of your training program.
