BACKGROUND ABOUT JAMES

I was initially influenced by all the action films as a kid, I started working out in the gym when I was 15. I also studied a style of Northern Shaolin Kung Fu called Chin Woo and kickboxing and competed for a number of years. I also enjoyed teaching gymnastics, which gave me a great insight into what the body could do.

I tried out various training routines in books and magazines over the years to help me gain muscle and stay lean. Not all of these programmes worked for me and after many years of gaining professional qualifications and reading hundreds of books and articles whilst trying out different training and nutritional approaches, I’ve managed to sort through what works and eliminate what doesn’t.

My work has taken me all over the world with many clients. I worked as a personal trainer on the blockbuster film X-men, which included 6 months work in Toronto and 3 months in Los Angeles. Personal training clients has taken me to Jamaica and India and on a cruise ship. I also take clients to fitness resorts in Spain and Lanzarote for intensive personal training and full nutrition planning for fat loss, muscle gain and helping kick start new habits.

Now with nearly 20 years experience working with a range of clients from all over the world I can help you towards achieving your goals much faster with my knowledge in advanced training and nutritional methods that have been tried and tested.
