If you’re struggling to achieve your health and fitness, help is at hand from owners James Forbes and Robert Egleton at the Pinner based fitness studio Personal Training Performance.

The Pair set up the studio over 8 years ago, and have over 20 years experience helping clients achieve their goals.

The studio is exclusively run for personal training with a small team of highly qualified personal trainers hand picked for their expertise in restoring good mobility and movement, strength, body composition, calisthenics, martial arts and nutrition.

Clients first undergo a movement screen to look at mobility and fundamental movement patterns. Busy lives sitting at a desk all day and un balanced training routines can cause upset to this balance. Restoring this is essential before adding strength training. Most clients want to look better. Working on an achievable and sustainable plan is key.

Robert’s passion lies in human movement. He’s a firm believer in the move well, then move often principle. Too often people are doing exercises they do not possess the fundamental movement to perform them safely. Through screening a personalised program can help you break through these barriers and work towards your fitness goals.

James’ background started in gymnastic and martial arts. He has a passion for strength training and nutrition. He doesn’t believe in a single eating philosophy. He said “What works for one person may not necessarily work for another” A sound approach raises nutrition awareness and attention, focuses on food quality, helps to eliminate nutrition deficiencies. It also helps to control appetite and food intake and promotes regular exercise.
